Joe Willes, the face behind the business, is a licensed general contractor with over five years of hands-on experience in home remodeling, renovations, and house flipping. A Draper, Utah native, he attended BYU before launching a successful flipping and construction business, which he has grown over the past five years.

After managing luxury home renovations in Florida, Joe returned to Utah and now lives in Saratoga Springs with his wife and daughter. As a husband and father, he understands the value of functional, durable, and beautiful spaces—especially in family homes.

Known for his honest communication, strong work ethic, and commitment to delivering quality results on time, Joe brings a practical, down-to-earth approach to every project.
